Our task was to develop a customer engagement campaign through a series of in-centre activities at Springvale Homemaker Centre that would position it as the destination for on-trend home styling and furniture. To support this, we created interior styling workshops with ‘The Block’s Bec Douros and a look-book featuring homewares and furnishings from SHC retailers, distributed to a targeted catchment area and supported with print advertising, EDM and online promotion.
2117% increase in reach on social media for the sold-out styling events, a significant increase in foot traffic and high sales conversion.
