While on the path to becoming a hotshot lawyer, Keith took a left turn into the land of marketing. Keith has serious smarts and an entrepreneurial spirit that millennials can only dream of. Imaginative and industrious, nothing gives him a bigger thrill than breaking the rules to make way for a great idea.
The film Stand By Me always takes Keith back to his youth, inspiring him to be playful, creative and fearless.

More organised and efficient than a Kikki.K shop, our Queen of Getting Things Done is a whiz with details. Whether she’s leading Kinc’s client services team, playing mum to her baby girl or project managing a house reno, this straight shooter is blessed with serious superwoman skills.
J-Ann can name any Whitney Houston or 90s RnB song within 2 seconds of play.

Nothing makes Stav laugh like a good pop-culture GIF. Which is exactly what you want from someone whose business it is to know what’s capturing the attention of a generation. It’s Stav’s switched-on thinking that always brings an indelible magic to the end-customer experience. When she isn’t willing new ideas to life or hogging the office Spotify, she’s marvelling at the works of Del Kathryn Barton and Frida Khalo.
Stav’s endorphin triggers include Game of Thrones, Big Trouble in Little China, Death Becomes Her, George Michael, body rolling on the dance floor and trips to Greece with her beloved.

Combine Reese Witherspoon with Drew Barrymore and what do you get? Narelle. She’s a type-A, goal-oriented ray of sunshine who lights up any room with positivity, passion and possibility. This mum of three credits her hard-working parents and Queensland upbringing for her diligence and keep-it-real attitude. But that’s not to say she doesn’t enjoy good Champagne, Prada or European vacations – she’s definitely earned them!
Narelle used to compete against a pre-Olympics Haley Lewis – and sometimes won!
What do jazz and problem solving have in common? Creativity, curiosity, cleverness and EK. Bright as a button, this passionate polymath is pretty great at everything she touches – whether it’s the saxophone, clarinet, makeup artistry or marketing. And while EK may have temporarily abandoned her childhood aspirations of becoming a Spice Girl (Coltrane Spice?), there’s still time for her to join the 2019 reformation tour.
Real wild child
With her penchant for jazz clubs, whiskey, Paris (and some serious music pedigree), it’s no wonder EK reckons she lived a past life as a male artist with an appetite for life on the wild side.
Since way back when ‘Babysitters Club’ was a thing, Bianca has always loved a good story. While her tastes have matured to the likes of Murakami, her pulse is firmly fixed on pop-culture. When she’s not crafting killer lines at Kinc, our reigning Bake-Off champion is dreaming up new dishes and bingeing top shelf TV.
Arrested Development, Sharp Objects, A Little Life, Some Like it Hot, Annie Hall & The Big Lebowski.
Between Stockholm, London, Sydney and Melbourne, Jenny’s been gracing the world with her designs for a decade. Charming and cheeky, Jenny’s partial to some good Champagne, history podcasts and death metal – the scream-ier, the better. And while her tea and British TV consumption are the hallmarks of an Anglophile, Jenny’s now a proud Melbournian.
Princess of Darkness
Jenny + Ozzy Osborne = True Love.
Marco may claim he’s too fabulous to function, but truth be told, he’s a superstar 24/7. Clever, creative and always on point, he’s got all the hallmarks of a graphic designer extraordinaire. And with dance moves to rival Madonna and a show-stopping voice that would turn Barbra’s eyes green, there’s no doubt Marc would’ve been front and centre at NYC’s underground ballroom parties in a past life.
RuPaul’s Drag Race, Broad City, pasta from DOC espresso and Nutella gelato from Pidapippo.
If there’s one word to describe Lydia, it’s calm. So it’s only natural that this mermaid-like creature’s best ideas surface when she’s floating in the ocean. She breezes through the Kinc office with her ‘I’ve got this’ vibe, awash with possibility, which also makes her incredibly skilful at creating engaging brand experiences.
Life in Motion
Lydia makes the most beautiful kinetic mobiles with her husband Paul for their brand, Fellows. Check them out here.
