Project objectives —
Crowdshop is a new, independently owned Aussie digital shopping concierge. Using group buying power, it aims to reinvent online shopping by delivering great value, personalised service and a better, fairer and more competitive experience for customers. Kinc established the brand name Crowdshop, and created a narrative around the personalised, friendly, professional yet easy-going nature that its customers could expect and enjoy.
The visual identity we developed was centred around the customer experience – happy people shopping and saving together. We established a narrative on the strength of community and customer centricity, made possible by Crowdshop’s independence and freedom from retailer or brand affiliation.
