Springvale Homemakers Centre

Project objectives —
To grab shopper attention during home retail’s tricky pre-Christmas trading period, Springvale Homemaker Centre needed to pack a serious punch. Our solution? We created a summery look-book with festive gift guides and promoted the centre’s four-day event, retailer offers and creative workshops, boosting engagement, traffic and sales.

Given the nature of mission-shoppers to the centre, we wanted to maximise visitation by communicating choice, savings and special events. And to boost awareness of retailer items, our gift guide featured must-haves for people who love entertaining, gardening, cooking and design. And to encourage sales of outdoor living items, we peppered the look-book with summery scenes and furniture.

Results —
100k people reached with look-book via direct mail. 22.8% engagement on social media. Successful VIP sales event.
