Project objectives —
A campaign was developed by Kinc to build on the group’s recently united brand refresh across Australia as aspirational and accessible home and lifestyle destinations.
Our objective was to increase the customer database and gain customer insights for the group, as well as get people to spend in-centre. When customers spent $100, they could go in the draw to win a $20,000 home and furniture styling session with renowned home design experts and influencers, Kyal and Kara (The Block).
As the first national campaign for the group, we also had a great opportunity to tell the brand story to new and existing customers and refresh their customer experiences. We created aspirational look-books filled with inspirational content, styling guides, retailer products and competition promotion. These were distributed to thousands of homes in surrounding areas of three centres.
