Project objectives —
A global specialist in addiction treatment wanted to attain greater brand awareness, streamline its brand messaging and unite its extensive and growing family of brands.

Kinc undertook extensive research and auditing to gain a deep understanding of the brand’s essence and define its true value. Our findings revealed that a refreshed brand strategy and positioning would guide it in a new direction for growth.

To improve clarity and definition amongst the brands, we established a hierarchy with an identity for the parent brand, and refreshed brand identities or created new ones for the sub-brands within the family. We also updated the tone of voice to be more human and connective – empathetic, empowering and supportive.

Results —
The brand was successfully repositioned and relaunched as a world-leading specialist in treating addiction.
